Joyce and Buddy Young are proud to welcome our grandson, Jacob Johnson, as the new Executive Chef. Jacob has
returned home from the Navy with a Culinary Arts Degree from Johnson and Wells Culinary Arts School. We
are excited that Jacob brings with him a real passion for culinary arts and will be working alongside his grandfather,
Buddy Young, in the continued tradition of the Red Lion Inn. Jacob brings with him new specialized dishes that will
enhance our already quality menu and compliment the Red Lion Inn's renowned reputation that it has earned for
the last 25 years.
